		<description>One of the great things about social networking -- pulling friends and associates together from all areas of a person&#039;s life -- can also be a detriment. My Facebook profile includes everyone from VP&#039;s at my company to fraternity brothers I haven&#039;t seen in nearly 20 years. So needless to say, the conversations I have with my former college pals are not necessarily the conversations that I want to share with my work colleagues. For me, Facebook has a dual purpose of professional networking and personal socializing. It&#039;s easy to see how the two purposes can conflict with each other :)</description>
