I tend to forget about ages on Twitter, as I mentioned to Lauren, David and others during the #u30pro chat last week. It has been said over and over that we are all &quot;students&quot; when it comes to the world of social media and I do believe that by bringing those in the classroom, and those practicing in the &quot;real world,&quot; together, we will all walk away a bit smarter!</description>

		<description>This is solid advice and commonsense, Valerie. Some of the brightest minds around at the minute are coming from the younger age group - I&#039;m thinking people like David Spinks, Stuart Foster, Lauren Fernandez just to name a few. 

If PR is willing to open its doors to new mindsets, regardless of age or experience, we could see a much better and streamlined industry.
