Hi Brett! I’ve heard so many great things about Groundswell. Heard less about Tribes and Free but still really looking forward to reading those books. I enjoyed Chris Anderson’s The Long Tail and thought it was an excellent book. I have read these three. All really good choices if you want to stick to pure social marketing. I think Groundswell is the best, tribes is always a winner thanks to Seth Godin. I read the Wired article that inspired Free. All on the top of my favorites list from 2009.

I must commend you on such a nice list as well, Deirdre! I am currently reading three of those on your list (Groundswell, Socialnomics, and Tribes), and I will be working on two others (Free and World Wide Rave) after I read their early works in their entirety! As for the others, I will ponder adding them to my ever-growing list based on this recommendation!
