Now that you’ve written your organization’s social media policy…you’re only halfway there. The past few years have been revolutionary for PR and communications. We’ve seen changes in our approach and in new technologies that allow us to share, collaborate and connect directly with our constituents. There are a lot of great technology partners. You need to roll up your sleeves and test several of these platforms to see which one meets the needs of your programs or the needs of different clients.
