PRSA International Conference 2009, San Diego, CA
It’s the week before the PRSA International Conference in San Diego, California and I’m thrilled to see that there’s excitement and discussion around this year’s conference. I’m hoping to generate more conversations with the short video that I’ve prepared. Since I recorded the video a few new developments have surfaced. For example, my panel session has expanded. Kami Huyse, APR and Principal of My PR Pro, now joins myself and Author and Chief Interrupter of crayon, Joseph Jaffe and Author and Founder of Ariel Publicity and CyberPR, Ariel Hyatt to participate in a dynamic panel session that we hope will get people thinking and speaking their minds.
The PR R(e)volution session is taking place on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 3:45 p.m. Among the many topics mentioned in my video, the panel has put together an agenda that we think will interest participants to include:
- How are agencies working with clients on their social media initiatives? How are they buying this service and what role does the agency play?
- Who owns social media in the organization and who should own it?
- What is the next in online communication? What is beyond social media?
We’re really excited about this session because we know you’re past the stages of why social media? Or where do you start? You’re using social media communications and now you need to exemplify the best practices and learn what’s next. Check out my video and share any other thoughts that you think the panelists should discuss during the PRSA PR R(e)volution session. Thanks!
