#PRStudChat Celebrates the Class of 2010

On Wednesday, May 12^th at 9:00 p.m. EST, #PRStudChat is celebrating the Class of 2010, with a special Twitter chat session that focuses on our graduating seniors, their college experience and what they learned about the field of public relations. Both Valerie Simon (@valeriesimon) and I are very proud of our graduates.  We feel especially close to this class because we’ve all learned so much from each other this past year, in our #PRStudChat community.

As our graduates make the transition from students to professionals, we want to offer them guidance with our advice for the years ahead, and also take the time to acknowledge and highlight their special college moments.  A few of the questions that we’ll ask during the session include:

1. What have you learned from participating in #PRStudChat?
2. What PR experience in 2010 had the greatest impact on you?
3. What is your advice to the Class of 2010?
4. What was your most outstanding classroom moment?
5. What was your favorite #PRStudChat moment (out of all the different chat sessions).

During the session, a few special guests, our “Graduation Speakers” (to be announced that night) will chime in and offer their best advice to the graduates too!  Then, toward the end of our session, we’ll also share a top-secret project with you (you may have seen a few tweets here and there about this exciting effort).   As Valerie and I saw this project come together, we both felt that the students of #PRStudChat never cease to amaze us. When we approached Lauren Novo (@lmnovo) with our idea, she exceeded all expectations.  We’re really excited to share our top-secret project/gift with the Class of 2010 and Lauren we could not have done this without you!
