    Assigning an escort is one of my faves, it keeps eyes on the reporter at all times and gives my team a general idea of what was discussed in the interview if I’m not around. Great tips!

    All great points. I think staff would be on board, but sometimes it’s the higher up execs who need to pay attention! They may think they know the company well enough and therefore will excel in an interview. But we can point out countless times when this attitude has failed!
