    Nice Post, Deirdre! Love the examples used – always great to see how companies use ‘conflict’ to their advantage. I always thought that is you actually ‘lean into’ an issue, more often than not, you can come up with an answer that involves everyone. This way, you have a better shot at a feeling of ‘ownership’ when a solution is found.
