    Thanks, Deirdre. That’s a really useful piece. I particularly like your point about encouraging the client to follow key media and bloggers. Too often the client mistakenly thinks that’s just for agencies and then they miss out on real-time intelligence that helps their business — not just their marketing efforts.

    Hi Elizabeth! I’m glad you found the piece useful. I think that the client definitely needs to follow key blogger and media. We select the influencers that make the most sense for the client to follow, so they can listen and engage, and then the agency monitors all the rest 🙂 There’s nothing better than real time intelligence.
