My top reason for using Twitter is just the amazing connections you can make. I’m still a student in college, and it’s amazing how many intelligent people you can meet through twitter. Truthfully, it’s an educational tool.

Hi Christina, thanks for adding to my list! I agree that Twitter is a great resource for connections. Whether you’re in school, your first job or in your career for 20 years (like me), Twitter allows you to follow and “meet” some very interesting and incredibly knowledgeable people. The learning never stops!

I love Twitter! I can quickly scan news, things I am interested in, marketing info and hobby details.
Twitter is all about who YOU follow. Make good selections and you’ll get what you want.
Those two things make it addicting to me….
Don’t get me wrong. I like FaceBook (for friends & fam) and LinkedIn (for biz) but Twitter offers something different and useful.

Greg, you make such a good point about “it’s who you follow.” If you pick the right people you will learn, build relationships, make good friends and experience things through them. Now, that alone is a reason to be addicted! Thanks for commenting 🙂
